 Ray and Carol Williams are spreading the gospel to the world from their home base in Yuma Arizona.    

International Crusade and Radio Evangelism (I CARE, Inc.) was established in 1973. I CARE, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation recognized by the IRS.

The ministries of the corporation have established hospitals, clinics, schools, homes for the elderly, children's feeding centers and Churches, as well as ordaining Missionaries and Pastors on five continents.  The latest programs include launching a rehabilitation facility called Golden Spike Treatment Ranch for inmates in Utah. Its President is O. Ray Williams, who holds a degree in Missions from the American Institute of Missions and a doctorate from Golden Grain Seminary.

The primary mission of I CARE, Inc. has been that of establishing new congregations, training and educating Christian leaders, and caring for the health needs of people in the areas where those works are established. Dr. Williams along with ministry and construction teams frequently travel to the countries where I CARE has established works, to do ministerial training and personnel development, as well as construction of Churches and homes for Pastors, Missionaries and needy families in the area.

Church planting ministry:   Since 1966 the Williams have planted and pastored 33 new Churches in several countries. Since 1973 I CARE, Inc. has ordained and launched into ministry more than 150 new Pastors and Missionaries, who have collectively planted almost 600 new Churches on five continents. I CARE, Inc. sends ministry and work teams throughout Latin America, Europe, the Caribbean and the African continent to plant and build Churches, schools, hospitals and many self help projects. We consider Church Planting to be the most effective and quickest way of fulfilling The Great Commission. Many of the new Churches are named The Great Commission Christian Center.
